SGA has multiple purchasing options in order to minimize the need for students to spend their own funds for club expenses. Reimbursement pre-authorizations are to ensure no other procurement methods could be used for a purchase. Examples of purchasing options available through SGA are:

Direct billed to your organization: Amazon Business, Barnes & Noble, Gourmet Dining catering, Office Depot Business, Rowan University Print Center
Purchase Order: many vendors will accept this as a promise to pay an invoice
Purchasing Card: you may use an SGA credit card to complete your purchase

If purchasing by personal credit card, this name must exactly match that listed on the credit card! We strongly recommend using a credit card issued to a current Rowan University student and avoiding using a credit card issued in a parents name for example (in that case your parent must be created as a vendor at Rowan University, and this process can take some time and requires additional financial and tax information).
