University Events - Event & Meeting Review Submission Form

All events and meetings held on any campus of Rowan University, as well as virtually, must register through the Office of University Events for review and approval by the Events Committee. No events may be held without University approval. Concentrating events into a comprehensive events calendar will support the well-being of the campus community and ensure resources for all.

-Events sponsored by student organizations should be submitted through ProfLink only. To submit an event on ProfLink go to your organization’s manage page after signing in with Rowan Network ID and password. Click here for more information or contact proflink@rowan.edu for help. You only need to submit to one location – ProfLink OR the University Event form. Please do not submit twice!

-Event submissions are reviewed Thursdays. Events submissions completed by 9 a.m. on Thursdays will be reviewed that day.

-No events or meetings should be promoted to attendees without receipt of the reference number from the Events Committee and a space confirmation from 25Live.

-In addition to completing this form, you are responsible to create a space request in 25Live and any necessary arrangements with Gourmet Dining, Parking, Public Safety, and Facilities as applicable. 

-Meetings and events can be submitted up to one calendar year in advance of a date. If you are submitting within 7 days of a meeting or event date, please complete this form and forward your submission confirmation email to universityevents@rowan.edu to request an expedited review.
